You call, and a person answers
A care coordinator — not a call centre — takes the details and answers what you need answered right then, including cost.
Free in-home assessment
We visit, usually within 48 hours, to look at the home, the routine and the actual needs, then write a plan with a clear weekly cost.
You meet the caregiver before they start
We introduce the specific person assigned. If the fit is not right, we change it — no explanation needed.
Care begins, and stays supervised
A supervisor visits in the first week and regularly after. You get a named contact and a number that reaches them.
Who we send into your home
Every Cedar Ridge caregiver is our employee — never a contractor. That means we carry the liability, the workers' compensation and the payroll taxes, not you.

We bill long-term care insurers directly and handle the paperwork. Medicare does not cover non-medical home care — we will tell you that up front rather than after an assessment.
Questions families ask first
What does it cost?
Hourly care in the Denver metro typically runs $34–$40 an hour depending on the level of care and the schedule, with live-in care quoted daily. You get a written weekly figure after the assessment, before you agree to anything.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Four hours per visit, which is the shortest block that lets a caregiver do anything genuinely useful. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
How quickly can care start?
Usually within 48 hours of the assessment, and same-day in a hospital-discharge emergency. Call and say it is urgent.
What if we do not like the caregiver?
Tell us and we replace them. It is common, it is not awkward, and it does not require a reason.
