Everything I left off the front page.
The other six builds, what each service actually includes, how a project runs week by week, standard prices, the founding-offer terms in full, and who you are hiring. Nothing here is a surprise you find out later.
A home care build, and five others to the same standard.
Real, clickable builds — not mockups. Start with Cedar Ridge: shrink it to phone width and try to find the phone number. That is the test your site has to pass.
Cedar Ridge Home Care
Built for the 11pm search: the phone number is the primary action, the assessment form is on the homepage, and cost is answered before anyone has to ask.

What I actually do for you.
Four ways to work together. Most clients start with a new build or a rescue, then stay on a care plan so the site never rots.
Website design & build
A complete site designed around what you actually sell — then hand-coded so it stays fast.
- Custom design, never a template
- Copywriting included
- Mobile-first, tested on real devices
- You own every file
Redesign & rescue
Slow, broken, hacked, or stuck with a developer who stopped answering. I take it from here.
- Migration off WordPress bloat
- Keeps your rankings and URLs
- Speed and security hardening
- Clean handover documentation
Landing pages & lead capture
Single-purpose pages built for one job: get the call, the form, or the booking.
- Conversion-focused structure
- Forms wired to your inbox or CRM
- Ad-campaign ready
- A/B variants on request
Care plans & hosting
Hosting, backups, monitoring, SSL, and content edits handled — so you never think about it.
- Global CDN hosting
- Uptime + SSL monitoring
- Monthly content edits
- Same-day emergency support
Four steps. No mystery.
You always know what is happening and what comes next. First call to live site is usually two to three weeks.
Fit call
A 20-minute call about your agency and what the site has to accomplish. If I'm not the right fit, I say so.
Blueprint
You get a fixed quote, a page-by-page plan, and a written timeline before any money changes hands. No scope surprises later.
Design & build
You review real screens in a browser within the first week, not PDFs. Two revision rounds are in the price.
Launch & care
I handle DNS, SSL, analytics, and search-console setup, then walk you through editing your own content. Care plan optional, never required.
Fixed prices, published up front.
You shouldn't need a sales call to find out what a website costs. Every project is a fixed price, quoted before it starts.
Launch
For a new or very outdated business that needs a credible presence, fast.
- Up to 5 pages
- Custom design, mobile-first
- Copy polish on your text
- Contact form to your inbox
- Google Business + local SEO basics
- Launch in ~2 weeks
Growth
For established businesses that need the site to generate real leads every week.
- Up to 12 pages
- Full copywriting from scratch
- Booking or CRM integration
- Service-area / location pages
- Analytics + conversion tracking
- Two revision rounds
- 30 days post-launch support
Custom
For e-commerce, multi-location, membership, or anything with real moving parts.
- Unlimited pages
- E-commerce or booking systems
- Third-party API integrations
- Custom tooling and automation
- Staff training session
- Priority support line
Care plans — hosting, backups, monitoring, SSL and monthly edits — run $99/month, cancel any time. Payment is split 50% to start, 50% at launch.
Your deposit is refundable until work begins.
You pay, I send the plan, you read it — change your mind then and you get everything back.
Which means the only thing you actually risk by starting is the ten minutes it takes to tell me about your business.
40% off, for the first ten.
Sites by Saul is new, so I need work I can point at. The first ten clients get their site built at 40% off and six months of monitoring free — in exchange for an honest review at the end, on a short recorded call.
Up to 5 pages. Deposit $450 today, balance at launch.
Up to 12 pages. Deposit $1,050 today, balance at launch.
E-commerce, multi-location, bespoke. 40% applied to the full quote.
What you're agreeing to — in full
- An honest review at the end. Two or three minutes on a call, about what it was actually like to work with me. Voice only — no camera, nothing to film or edit.
- Honest means honest. If the site disappoints you, say so on the call. I will still publish it, and you still keep the discount. A review I can script is worth nothing to either of us.
- You keep the 40% and the six free months regardless of what you say, and regardless of whether you decide not to record at all. It is not held hostage.
- Reviews are published with a disclosure that you received a discount for it — that is required, and it is also the only way a stranger can weigh what you said.
- Six months of monitoring free means the $99/month Care plan — hosting, backups, uptime monitoring, SSL and monthly edits — at no charge for six months ($594). Cancel any time; you are never auto-charged without being told first.
- The deposit stays refundable in full until work begins, exactly as it is at the standard price.
The counter above reads live from the payment system, not from a script. When ten places are paid for, the discounted prices stop working — including for anyone who saved the link.
The things people ask first.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it in the form below and you will get a real reply.
How long does a website take?
Launch goes live in about two weeks, Growth in three to four. The biggest variable is how fast you get me content.
Do I own the site, or am I renting it?
You own it — every file, the domain, the analytics, the hosting, all in your name. Leave whenever you like and take it with you.
Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress?
Fine for a brochure, and I'll say so when one is the right call. They cost you in speed, security and control — and every plugin is someone else's code running on your site.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. Anything that changes often gets a simple editor, and I walk you through it before launch.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, any photos you want used, a rough idea of your services and prices, and about two hours of your time across the project.
What happens if my site goes down?
Care-plan sites are monitored around the clock on a global CDN. If something does break, fixing it is my job, not yours.
Do you work with businesses outside your area?
Yes. Everything runs over email, calls and a shared staging link. Local work is welcome too.
My name is on every line of it.
I'm Saul Vasquez. I build and run Sites by Saul on my own from Frederick, Colorado, and I work with businesses across the Denver metro.
No account manager, no handoff, no team you never meet. Whoever answers your first email writes the code.
That is the whole pitch for hiring one person instead of an agency. The tradeoff is that I take few projects at a time, and I'll say so if yours isn't a fit.
Shipped and still running
- sitesbysaul.com — this site. Hand-coded, no page builder, and it runs the quoting and payments itself.
This is my own business rather than a client engagement — I'd rather show you something real that I actually keep online than borrow someone else's logo.
